Get Odoo to provide you with the basic information and a proposal for an accounting basis. The proposal can be manually adjusted per project, and you receive a completed accounting basis as documentation.

Features


The module automatically and easily calculates the accounting value of ongoing works. 


  • Automatically retrieves data from your projects and associated sales orders, and displays them in a comprehensive overview list.
  • Shows the accounting value of your ongoing works per project and in total, so you have a bookkeeping basis and can easily adjust the balance correctly and efficiently.
  • Allows you to make corrections directly in the report, to account for specific conditions for each individual project.
  • Saves you time, money, and hassle. You can focus on managing your projects, and the module helps ensure you keep track of your finances.


The module works by calculating the accounting value of ongoing works based on the percentage completion of the work and the expected earnings.


The information comes from the expected hours spent in relation to what has been delivered. The module takes into account any changes in the sales amount, just as the estimated times can be continuously corrected. The module is easy to use and requires only a minimum of input from your side.


Add-on module


Igangværende Indkøb

With this add-on module installed, you get the opportunity to calculate ongoing purchases, if you for example purchase subcontractor work that is delivered over time. The calculation is based on a purchasing budget for the project, in relation to what has been delivered and invoiced.


ApprovePlus Odoo App

With the App extension, a standalone application is added to Odoo, providing a quick overview of approval requests awaiting the user's (and others') action, with additional info such as how many other approvals are pending on the invoice, due date, etc., with direct links to the relevant invoice.



Supplier flows

With the Supplier extension, the above setup can be applied to - or completely deactivated for - specific suppliers, which then overrides the functionality specified for the company.
