I Salgs modulet oprettes der tilbud på serviceløsningen hvor der via specielle servicevarer og skabeloner kan bruges nogle standard kontrakter, som kan tilrettes specielt til hver sag med de nødvendige tilføjelser.
Service locations
The offer is linked to one or more service locations where a route is set up through the building for the annual inspection, a location number and a description of the location. To the product of the line, possibly also associated serial number/LOT number and expiry date for e.g. pressure test and next service date.
Schedule service
Once an offer has been confirmed, an agreement will automatically be created in the Planning module.
This agreement can now be changed and assigned to the person responsible for the service visit.
