In the Sales module, offers are created for the service solution, where standard contracts can be used via special service items and templates, which can be adapted specifically for each case with the necessary additions.
Service locations
The offer is linked to one or more service locations where a route is set up through the building for the annual inspection, a location number and a description of the location. To the product of the line, possibly also associated serial number/LOT number and expiry date for e.g. pressure test and next service date.
Schedule service
Once an offer has been confirmed, an agreement will automatically be created in the Planning module.
This agreement can now be changed and assigned to the person responsible for the service visit.
Keep track of service visits
Odoo itself keeps an eye on when a service visit is approaching, and automatically creates a field service task for the address.
