The company:  
Supplier of raw materials, E. Krag Raw Materials A/S was founded in 1954 and has supplied raw materials for a number of well-known construction projects - including the new Elbe tunnel in Germany.

 

Challenges:
A system over 25 years old does not provide sufficient historical data and statistics. The company has a desire for digitalisation as well as an integrated workflow between sales/invoicing/finance/warehouse.

Solution:
A new ERP solution is being designed to manage workflows related to accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, and to create a control solution to ensure invoicing based on data from suppliers.
The solution can later be expanded as needed with a wide range of additional modules, each capable of handling its own area in an integrated solution with already existing applications.  

Evaluation:
After completing the implementation process, significant advantages are felt in an integrated workflow. We have much greater capacity with the same staffing, a better financial overview, and far greater flexibility in operations. At the same time, digitalisation provides access to all relevant documents with a click, which has resulted in better oversight and improved customer service.
