The team behind Purifi Audio is passionate about music and sound quality. The company's focus is currently on developing speakers and sound effect amplifiers, as these are crucial for sound quality. The team at Purifi believes that everything that matters for sound quality can be measured - therefore, they also develop their own methods to measure sound, so that the best sound quality can be achieved. Purifi Audio's goal is to remove all technical limitations in the enjoyment of reproduced music. They work fluidly between digital and analogue and deal with electromagnetics, mechanics, and acoustics.

Challenges
Purifi Audio worked with systems that were not integrated and therefore did not communicate with each other. This meant they were left with an outdated system for accounting, which furthermore operated remotely through a sister company. Their CRM system and inventory management were not integrated, which resulted in too many manual and redundant processes, which were time-consuming and could eventually lead to errors, as data had to be entered in more than one place.
Solution
Based on the above challenges, we agreed with Purifi Audio that they needed an in-house solution that could simultaneously consolidate all their needs into a single system. Purifi Audio has therefore migrated from Navision to Odoo.
Now it is intended that Odoo will be used for all the company's processes, ranging from the website, which currently is on Wordpress/Woocommerce, their CRM, which previously was on Nimble and to their inventory management, which previously was recorded in an excel sheet.
Purifi Audio has thus obtained an in-house solution that is both time-saving, as the systems are integrated with each other, but they have also received a system that ensures they do not have to spend time and money on many different programs and various providers.
Evaluation from Purifi Audio
After obtaining an in-house solution that consolidates all our programs, we find that the Odoo ERP system is incredibly time-saving to use once it is up and running. We are very pleased with our collaboration with VK DATA, which has so far gone smoothly. Furthermore, we have received extremely competent and quick guidance from our project manager Ejner Sønniksen, who is incredibly pleasant to work with.
