The company:
BEST.SYD finds suitable candidates for board positions. BEST.SYD is a collaboration between the 4 Southern Jutland business councils: Haderslev, Sønderborg, Tønder and Aabenraa.

 

The task: 
BEST.SYD wants a page that can both inform business owners about the possibility of having a board, while also attracting potential candidates to the candidate bank, which will become part of the network. 
Both businesses and candidates can contact the four business councils directly, or they can fill out the contact form on the page. 

If a candidate wishes to make their skills available, they will receive an online form where they must rank their skills on a scale from 0-5 and provide any comments. 

When the four business councils have a company that requests a board, they can then draw up a list of 3-5 relevant, anonymous candidates, which will be sent to the respective company, which can then make an assessment and select one or more future board members. 

Solution:  
We have built a mobile-optimised website in Odoo ver. 14 Community. Modules have been developed to manage the candidate form, as well as the printing of a list of suitable candidates in PDF. The PDF file can be forwarded by the consultant to the relevant company, with self-selected text.
One can select up to 6 candidate skills, which form the basis for the assessment and choice of the candidate.
