  • Exact matching on EAN and item numbers: The system automatically matches the supplier's data with your existing products in Odoo using barcodes (EAN) or item numbers (SKU), so you completely avoid duplicates.

Our Odoo import module supports all standardised data formats, including CSV, XML, Excel (.xls/.xlsx) as well as direct system-to-system integrations via JSON and API.

Yes, absolutely. Import+ includes a built-in scheduler that can be configured to automatically fetch and load price lists at fixed times – for example, directly from an FTP server, a URL, or as an attachment in a specific email inbox.

You determine the system's logic. The module can either automatically create the new product (including images, descriptions, and categories from the supplier) or place the product in an approval queue, so you can manually approve new items before they go live.

Import+ consists of a number of modules. The base module provides the core functionality, and the various add-on modules provide access to import in different formats. 

An import template is set up for each supplier, so the format the supplier provides their information in can be used directly.

​Function

Based on the dataset and format provided by the supplier, an individual mapping of fields between the supplier file and the database in Odoo is created.

If, for example, the sales price is not included in the supplier price list, an import rule can be created that calculates and specifies the sales price based on a formula.

Or if the cost price from the supplier needs to include, for example, freight or customs, a rule can be created to handle this.

The flexibility in Import+ is therefore very large.

The import process itself first analyses the data. If there are larger data volumes, the import is divided into smaller batches and queued.

The queue can be monitored, so one can keep track of when the import is finished.
